Bellavista Franciacorta Rosé Brut

Bellavista Rosé is a silky and exuberant rosé. The grain of the perlage is very thin, tight and persistent. The color enchants us with the elegant shades of soft pink, which with the passage of time takes on the aristocratic tones of antique pink. The nose opens with subtle sensations of white peach and proceeds intense and persuasive with a pleasant fragrance of wild strawberries, citrus fruits, golden apples and dog roses. Austere, but of great class, the flavor that proceeds with a pleasantly dry perception, but without harshness. Freshness is sustained gracefully. The notes are very harmonious, with an elegant background of blackcurrant, sweet almond and forest fruits. Excellent with fish and tomato soups. Perfect with spicy foods.
