The wine
The Contrada Cavaliere is a White Etna which presents itself at the sight of a bright straw yellow color with nuances that turn greenish; the nose expresses delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, floral and citrus scents and a light flint background typical of Etna wines. The sip is acid and savory, very fresh and persistent, at the end there are almond references. Perfect in combination with first and second courses of seafood, it is excellent with sushi.
