Abundant and creamy foam, with good persistence of a soft crown; subtle and sinuous perlage. At sight it has an intense straw yellow color with slight references to ancient gold. Wide and deep bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe plums, linden flowers and tertiary notes of caramelized hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is characterized by structure and power supported by a vivid acidity, the final sapidity gives dynamism and gustatory tension. Millesimato recommended throughout the meal; pleasantly accompanies important appetizers, fish main courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
