The wine
Ruby with garnet reflections, the nose is a beautiful flowering of fruity notes, cherry in alcohol, morello cherry, spices. The palate is robust, full, vibrant, with thick tannins and a very persistent finish. Perfect with red meats and medium-aged cheeses, but also with first courses seasoned with rich ragù.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
