The wine
From Vermentino (60%), Trebbiano (30%) and Moscato (10%) grapes, of which 95% of the current year is taken and 5% of the previous harvest. It is a fresh and fragrant white wine that invites you to sip.
Bibi Gritz says of his wine: "When I drink a glass of Casamatta Bianco I immediately find myself on the southern coast of Tuscany, in Argentario. This wine reflects the terroir of the area, the sun and the scents of the Maremma. Floral notes of Moscato, peach blossom, citrus notes and the freshness of Vermentino, pear and exotic fruit."
What does this wine taste like?
It has a light straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is mainly fruity, with notes of tropical fruit and peach on a floral and vegetal background. In the mouth it is slender, agile, of excellent drinkability, fresh and sapid, persistent and fruity in the finish.
