The wine
Intense ruby red color. Notes of coffee, hazelnut, incense, licorice; an impressive tannic structure, suitable for prolonged aging. Great persistence, good acidity component, excellent tannic maturity. This wine, in a unique and unmistakable way, expresses the characteristics of salinity and minerality of the soil. An excellent expression of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Chianti area. Traditional combinations are red meats (both roasted and salted), game and aged cheeses.
