Biondi Santi Rosso di Montalcino

Ready to drink, persuasive and incredibly complete, this Rosso di Montalcino would give many Brunellos of excellent vintage a hard time. With a beautiful bright ruby color, it expresses hints of flowers and fruits to the nose, from cherry to violet, from blackberry to peony. Then the orange peel, the eucalyptus, the undergrowth and the currant emerge. A Red that definitely evokes Brunello, even on the palate, which is subtle, fresh, with an evolving tannin perfectly in dialogue with the beautiful minerality.
