Bisol Valdobbiadene Dry Rive di Campea

Fol is an area of great renown that extends from the southernmost edge of Cartizze and crosses the hilly part of S. Stefano, where the Bisol Winery is located. A reputation well deserved by its grapes which, nourished by soils where the clay rests on the marine sandstone, are rich in elegant natural acidity and remarkable perfumes. The color is straw yellow with light greenish reflections, made brilliant by the minute, rich and persistent perlage. The scent is delicate, lively, the notes of wildflowers and fruit come together in a harmonious complex of rare finesse. The taste is slightly soft, balanced, sapid, pleasantly acidic and fruity.
