Straw-yellow wine, clear, with golden reflections, with a subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose it is elegant and refined, with hints of musk. On the palate you can taste its marked minerality, the exceptional flavor and acidity, in a prolonged finish. Excellent with raw fish appetizers, but also with first courses such as spaghetti with seafood and risotto with lobster.
