Immersed for 18 months in the seabed of Trigoso with the bottles contained in stainless steel cages at a depth of 60 meters and at a constant temperature of 15 °, Abissi Rosé expresses a soft and delicate pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The intense aroma releases a wide bouquet that varies between fruity and brackish, while the flavor is dry, long and with a marked minerality.
