The wine
A barrel-fermented white that shows the great potential of the Garnacha Blanca grape variety. An aromatic, elegant white wine, revealing minty notes, traces of fennel, fresh pineapple and lemon peel on a background of rosemary honey; a creamy, slightly citrusy white, with clear-cut acidity and some pleasant lactic notes to finish.
Fermented for 15 days in new French oak barrels. Aged on its lees for 6 months before being bottled.
