The wine
Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.

A pale colour, with light yellow-green hues and bright in appearance, this wine has an aromatic nose, with a soft fruit fragrance and plenty of vigour. It is light and pleasant on the palate, with a delicious sparkle.
