The wine
Oda Carménère, Pascal Marchand composes with Chile's signature grape! The lands of Apalta, in the Colchagua Valley, produce some of the best Chilean wines. In the shape of a horseshoe, they protect the vines from climatic fluctuations. The sun-drenched Carménère reaches excellent maturity. In the winery, the grapes are handled with care. The installations are designed to optimize work by gravity and restore varietal aromas. This minimum of interventionism gives a complex and suave Carmenere.
