Borgogno Barbera d'Alba

Bright ruby red with slight garnet reflections. The nose reveals clear, sometimes vinous, hints of ripe fruit, cherry and plum. The taste is fresh, balanced, full-bodied. A certain acidity outlines the trait up to a good persistence closure. Classic for the whole meal, it goes well with appetizers based on cold cuts and cheeses or first courses with particularly tasty sauces.
