The wine
Sparkling and with a fine perlage, it smells of apple, white-fleshed fruit, wisteria, broom, hawthorn and almond. The sip is soft, fresh, balanced and pleasantly fruity and floral. The ideal wine for the aperitif moment, especially if accompanied by some delicious fried morsel.
