The wine

Originally the "red band" was a sign that the founder, Giuliano Bortolomiol, traced on the bottles of the best selection of the year of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry. The one reserved for true friends who shared with him the passion for the land, for tradition, for good wine. The special Prosecco di Valdobbiadene that Giuliano had marked with the red pencil since 1986 has its own label and represents the quality of the best sparkling wines from the Bortolomiol cellars.

The nose is rich and is played on a great pleasure. The fruit is ripe and varied: evident is the floury yellow apple, the pear and there is a gentle citrus nuance. Also present are sweet and fine flowery notes. The mouth does not betray the expectations of a creamy carbonate and well melted with the residual sugars. Great as an aperitif and intriguing with savory dishes delicately paired with fruit, such as trout marinated in lemon balm grass accompanied by cooked must and sour cream.
