Bortolomiol Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

There is a particularly precious hilly area within the Municipality of Valdobbiadene. It's called "Cartizze". Its beauty takes your breath away. Its charm is ancient, out of time. There are rows of vines cared for by winemakers with absolute dedication. The Cartizze hill is in fact a real Grand Cru. Historically it is believed that from the few hectares of vineyards located along its banks come the most valuable grapes. Due to the particular exposure to the sun and the minerality of the soil, the vine produces more round, swollen and sugary grapes that make its quality absolutely superior. The harvest is done by hand.

A Superiore di Cartizze with a very fine and persistent perlage; an invitation to drink. Before tasting it, we focus on its aromas which enhance the vocation of Prosecco Superiore: pleasantness. Among them we find notes of fruit salad, hazelnuts, sweet acacia flowers but above all a great fusion of these sensations. In the mouth the typical sugars of this type are compensated by the freshness and a remarkable density and creaminess stands out. Wine for great occasions, to be drunk safely even on its own even if it finds an excellent combination with the small delicately sweet dry pastry.
