Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Extradry

Straw yellow wine with greenish reflections. Brilliant foam and fine grain. The perlage is extremely fine, noble and persistent. On the nose it has delicate aromas, which recall fragrant fruity notes, such as pear and green apple; there are also balsamic notes, such as mint. All this is combined with a floral bouquet characterized by hints of acacia, rose and white flowers. In the mouth it is slightly aromatic and characterized by an accentuated flavor, the minerality that gives freshness to a unique product, with a contained sweetness, is surprising. Excellent as an aperitif, always irresistible in moments of conviviality. Perfect with refined fish and white meat dishes.
