The wine
Ai Suma is a hyper-selected interpretation of Barbera: a wine that constitutes the supreme aspiration of the winegrower and which represents the top of Giacomo Bologna's production and inventiveness. Bright ruby red in color with shining garnet reflections, it reveals a broad and complex aroma on the nose, with fragrant hints of berries dominating a soft background of vanilla notes embellished with licorice and cocoa. On the palate it is full, powerful, with a great structure but at the same time elegant, harmonious and very persistent. It goes well with meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses.
