The wine
Braida Bacialè is an intense red with great character, with a bright ruby color. The nose reveals fruity aromas of blackberry that blend with earthy notes of undergrowth, humus and dry leaves, with a spicy leitmotif of cloves and cinnamon. In the mouth it shows body and softness, with good flavor and perfectly integrated tannins, in a fruity, warm and pulpy context that leads to fruity and spicy returns of black pepper. Elegant and complex, it accompanies rich appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, savory main courses, stewed or grilled.
