The wine
Brancaia Il Blu is a wine that stands out for elegance, complexity and intensity. Ruby red in color, the nose expresses a very compact olfactory profile from which notes of blackberry jam initially emerge, followed by hints of black pepper, black currant and cocoa. In the mouth it is silky and elegant, characterized by a certain warmth and a tannic texture as dense as defined and never intrusive. Closes with a nice return on the fruit for a finish of excellent persistence. Ideal with all types of meat, from red meat such as beef or lamb to game, it is enhanced with a fillet or a succulent cut of beef.
