The wine
Carat is a blend obtained from the union of the Tocai Friulano, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla varieties, which for centuries have expressed their full potential on the gentle hills of the Collio.
Intense golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing and lively: it releases hints of apricot, peach, melon and dried fruit, mainly walnut and almond, accompanied by some light oxidative notes. On the palate it is velvety, fresh, rich, full-bodied, harmonious, with a reference to the aroma of almond, acacia and honey.
Wine that can be paired with important blue or long-aged cheeses, raw crustaceans, or smoked fish.

Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC
