The wine
The Dolcetto d'Alba produced by Brezza is the typical wine of the "daily table" that has best been able to take root in the heart of the Piedmontese. In fact, it goes very well with the complex cuisine of this region, from appetizers to desserts. The nose is fruity with notes of black cherries and red fruits up to hints of tobacco and spices. The sip is harmonious, rightly acid and slightly bitter due to the bitter almond note in the aftertaste. Mineral and with structured tannins.
