The wine
Bright ruby red, with hints of cherry, balsamic notes of vanilla and spices. Soft and well structured palate. It is a full-bodied wine, maintaining a medium alcohol content. Valpolicella Superiore is produced from grapes from the Case Vecie locality. The climatic characteristics of this amphitheater give the wine a particular spiciness to the nose and a completely unique polyphenolic profile. The acidity accompanies in the mouth an imported structure resulting from the selection of the grapes and the vinification techniques aimed at extracting only the most noble component from the skin.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
