This is a very pleasant smooth wine but perhaps lacking any real stand-out features. Excellent value as an everyday accompaniment to food.

Monastrell de Jumilla bastante correcto, con una buena relación calidad precio y un perfil de vino fácil, asequible, y sin pretensiones. Los únicos defectos son un uso un pelín excesivo de los chips; le dan algo más de estructura, sin embargo los toques ahumados enmascaran un poco la fruta. Muy oxidativo, aunque bien es cierto que la variedad Monastrell lo es.
En los últimos años he podido encontrar una gran variedad de tintos (principalmente Monastrell) de Jumilla muy buenos y a muy buen precio. Este continúa la tradición: un vino muy interesante a un precio más que asequible, absolutamente recomendable para acompañar carnes o vinos o incluso para disfrutarlo sin acompañamiento.
