Intense aromas of red fruits, black cherries, with graphite and sometimes mentholated notes. In the mouth rich and concentrated, mineral and fresh, quality that gives it longevity and makes it a very versatile wine in the pairings. Classic pairing with rich appetizers, baked fish, green cod, egg pasta with meat sauces, red and white meats, aged cheeses.
