The wine
The nose recalls fresh apple but also white peach. In the mouth a fine fruit stands out, it shows beautiful minerality and freshness, at the end it recalls hints of citrus. This wine is named after the daughter of the house, Eva. Excellent served fresh as an aperitif or in combination with fish, crustaceans and molluscs, highly recommended with risotto and pasta.
