The wine
Brunò is a red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of Montalcino, grapes usually destined for Brunello. After a careful selection of the bunches during the manual harvest, the grapes are crushed and de-stemmed after a further selection made at the sorting belts, about 15% of the grapes are left whole, with the stalk. Bottled without filtration and without clarification, the wine today presents itself with very elegant and mineral aromas that express all of our terroir, in the mouth it is fresh and very balanced with elegant fine tannins and a very persistent flavor.
