The wine
The new Pas dosé of the young French company Cà de Pazzi is an explosion of verticality and joyful panache. Clean and crisp nose, with notes of wild herbs and yellow flowers, and a rich but taut, dynamic, refreshing sip. Great class and great pleasure together.
