From this vineyard, grown in one of the most famous Langa crus in the world, the story of Ca 'del Baio begins and this wine contains the precious, refined and elegant fruit of the oldest vines. Brilliant color, garnet red with orange hues; intense aroma, with fruity aromas of morello cherry and floral violet. Spicy notes of black pepper, licorice and tar; dry, warm, soft flavor, it reveals a velvety, rich and persistent taste. It is suitable for red, braised and stewed meats, game, well-aged cheeses. Over time it becomes a meditation wine.
