Ca' del Baio Langhe Nebbiolo Red Label

A fresh, highly drinkable Nebbiolo, as Nebbiolo can give in younger vineyards when they are carefully supported towards maturity. Obtained from a selection of grapes from different vineyards, it takes up a never forgotten production tradition. Garnet red color with ruby hues; fragrant scent of dried flowers and geranium aroma, with light fruity notes reminiscent of raspberry; dry, warm, soft, slightly tannic and very drinkable flavor. It goes well with fresh cured meats and slightly seasoned cheeses, with Italian-style pasta with ragù, but also with simpler red meats, prepared in burgers or beef carpaccio.
