Ca 'del Bosco's Chardonnay is a reference point for all wine lovers looking for an Italian answer to the majestic Chardonnays of the Côte de Beaune, a perfect synthesis of elegance and opulence.
It is produced in limited quantities by the famous Erbusco winery with the utmost care: the grapes come from several particularly suitable plots and are harvested manually once the perfect degree of ripeness is reached. Only the free-run must is then placed in oak barriques where the tumultuous fermentation takes place and rests in contact with the yeasts for 8 months.
The bright color of this Chardonnay dazzles; one has the impression that millions of gold flakes move in the chalice. The nose is powerful but persuasive, dispenses notes of ripe tropical fruit, hazelnut, vanilla and butter ... The preamble to a rich, full and soft wine. So it is, even though it is balanced thanks to good freshness and flavor. It closes very long on mineral and woody memories.
