The wine
Produced in the Bolgheri estate of one of the myths of Italian enology: Angelo Gaja, who with the Magari gives us yet another wine of the highest quality and elegance.
Bright garnet red, very concentrated. The nose is initially expressed with balsamic and mineral notes, subsequently with fruity, floral and spicy notes: Mediterranean scrub, bitter herbs, small berries, peony, vanilla, licorice, cocoa, tobacco. On the palate it is intense, velvety, fresh, balanced and long ... with great personality!Pair it with succulent roast beef with mushrooms, or a guinea fowl stuffed with chestnuts.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
