Ca' Rossa Roero Rosso Valmaggiore Audinaggio

Ca 'Rossa Audinaggio is a structured Nebbiolo with an elegant profile. Upon visual examination it shows a dense garnet color. The nose is broad, intense, floral, with lively notes of violet, yellow peach, cherry and hints of pepper and mint. The taste is broad and soft, with a firm structure that blends controlled acidity with the alcoholic power, allowing the fruit to open gradually, in a full olfactory / gustatory correspondence dominated by hints of red fruit. The finish is long, persistent, with sweet and very dense tannins. Ideal with roasted red meats, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
