The wine

To the eye Nù Litr Orange, made from pure Apulian Falanghina grapes, has an orange colour; floral notes and aromatic herbs intertwine with hints of oriental spices, composing an elegant and refined aromatic bouquet reminiscent of spring freshness. A monument of complexity, but the drinking experience is disarming. On the palate it is in fact fresh and sapid, very sapid, characterized by citrus flavours of mandarin and orange. A wine of splendid acidic tension yet creamy and Mediterranean. A true champion at the table, where it is unbeatable throughout the whole meal, from the appetizing entrée to the meat second courses.

The municipality is Apricena, recognised as the most suitable in a region, Gargano, with wine potential that is not yet fully expressed. With 45 hectares of vineyards exposed mainly to the south-west and well ventilated, Calcarius is not...
