The wine
The Callejuela Manzanilla Madura is a harmonious, intense and complex wine which is matured by means of the 'solera and criadera' system, with tiers of casks, for 7 years. A straw-yellow colour with golden glints and a spicy and balsamic nose. Hints of faded flowers, almonds and iodine enhance a clear-cut, convincing nose. It's saline and very dry on the palate, ample, fresh and profound too. With a long and persistent smoky hint.
