Can Axartell Rosado

Pale salmon color, with a very thin layer and pinkish and gray reflections. It is the result of the light contact of the grape skins with the must, before fermentation. Very bright and limpid, it manifests a special attraction in the glass. It has a high aromatic intensity, mainly highlighting the notes of wild red fruits and ripe tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango). In the background there are citrus notes and certain creamy nuances that surround the fruity notes and give it greater complexity.

In the mouth it is a very enveloping wine with great smoothness. It has a very pleasant sweet entry, accompanied by a marked acidity that drives the wine throughout its journey and gives it great freshness and durability. The elegance of the Pinot Noir variety is combined with the liveliness of Callet and the sweetness of the Black Mantle, resulting in a wine with a Mediterranean character, refreshed by the sea breeze from the bay of Pollença.
