The wine
Different factors come together to make this wine a top-quality one. Firstly, the chalky-soil Garraf area on the Catalan coast where it is produced. Added to this is the quality of the winery itself; Can Ràfols dels Caus is one of the most prestigious cellars in the area. Last but not least, the wonderful Chenin grape, a stranger to the Garraf. Robert Parker fell in love with the 2014 vintage and awarded it 95 points.
