Pale straw yellow, bright and lively with abundant foam and fine and elegant perlage. The nose is reminiscent of the golden apple and spicy aromas. Dry, soft and with character on the sip, it is perfect as an aperitif but it is also an ideal companion for fish with fairly fatty meat, such as salmon, also raw, and crustaceans. It can also be combined with first courses with seafood, such as risotto alla pescatora or spaghetti with seafood.
