Pale straw yellow with abundant foam and fine and elegant perlage, the nose recalls the apple and fresh flowers (wisteria and acacia). Harmonious, elegant and structured palate. Excellent as an aperitif, it is pleasant with fish appetizers, seafood salads, vegetable crudités and first courses such as risotto alla pescatora.
