The wine
Bright pale straw yellow, white and fine froth with very subtle perlage. Pleasantly intense, very fruity, aromatic with a hint of wisteria and apple flowers. Fresh and of great harmony with a light note of sweet almond with a slightly mineral aftertaste. It is the wine par excellence of the aperitif, when the menu offers light and delicate dishes it can accompany the entire meal, including dessert.
