The wine
Tiernu is a Sardinian red wine from the Cantina di Mogoro which is presented in a ruby red wine glass with purple reflections; the nose expresses hints of ripe red fruit and dried fruit, with floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. The sip is dry and well balanced between softness, freshness and acidity. Present the tannic texture, excellent persistence. Excellent in combination with red meat and game; it also goes well with hard cheeses, such as a good aged pecorino.
