An Independent Winemaker Cristina Inganni, who since 1990 has expressed the uniqueness of the Valtènesi territory with a certain creativity, promoting the quality and authenticity of the typical wines of the area.
In the glass this light pink wine appears of particular beauty and brightness. The nose is graceful and persuasive, with clear fruity aromas of wild strawberries, cherries and raspberries, mandarin and peach. The flowers are not long in coming, a bunch of fresh peonies dotted with a few pale roses here and there, just as delicious is the confectionary impression that is felt overall. On the palate it is fresh and savory, fruity scents return backed by a strong mineral sensation. Elegant, refined and subtle, this wine is a bon bon!
It is delicious as an aperitif and can also be a delicious table wine paired with fish dishes such as baby octopus with mint-scented cherry tomatoes, or fried mullet.
