The wine
The Ribolla Gialla by Carlo Pradis has a slightly intense straw yellow color, with greenish reflections; the nose expresses floral and pleasantly citrus scents of cedar. On the palate the sip is lively, fresh, characterized by notes of white and tropical fruit. The finish is mineral and with good acidity. An aperitif wine, it goes very well with all fish appetizers, raw or cooked.
