The wine
Carlo di Pradis Sauvignon Collio is a pleasant and elegant white, with a straw-yellow color sometimes tending to gold, always with slight greenish reflections. The aroma, intense and characteristic, recalls a mix of Mediterranean flavors ranging from thyme, oregano, sage, to tomato leaf and elderberry. On the palate it is dry, with good structure, pleasantly full and generous. It happily accompanies risotto with first fruits, substantial spicy first courses, seafood and shellfish.
