The wine
Aromatic freshness and complexity confirm the wonderful balance of this wine. Great olfactory generosity with fresh and intense aromas. Aromatic and vegetable notes of great complexity. Includes vanilla and tropical notes. It does not disappoint in the mouth and offers rich flavors and aromas with fresh and soft sensations in perfect balance. It is the perfect aperitif. However, there is no saving in accompanying with the due delicacy the most delicious fish, cooked in the pan or in the oven. This chardonnay accepts the challenge of even more complex first courses such as lasagna with mushrooms or vegetables, or meat-based risotto.
