The wine
Casa d'Ambra Biancolella is an expressive and pleasant white, straw yellow in color with lively golden flashes. The nose is intense and immediate, with clear fruity notes of golden apple and tropical fruits (banana and papaya in evidence), accompanied by floral aromas of yellow broom, all elegantly crowned with a saline mineral note, almost iodized. On the palate it appears creamy, clean, round and juicy. A balanced white wine with captivating aromas that happily goes well with appetizers and tasty fish first courses.
