The wine
Bright yellow with golden reflections, the nose is dominated by the notes of Mediterranean scrub on which sage stands out, followed by exotic fruits such as mango. Serve at the recommended temperature to enhance its crisp vitality. Excellent in combination with salami and cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses and shellfish.
