The wine
Lively ruby red, the nose is particularly fruity and of good intensity, with hints of red fruits, citrus fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is taut and dynamic, fragrant and crunchy, with a dry and satisfying persistence.

Nadia, who is constantly experimenting, is the young soul of Cascina Tavijn. Piedmont, Monferrato, the main grapes are Ruché, Grignolino and Barbera, on silty-sandy soil free of any chemicals. 7 hectares and no more than 25,000 bottles per year. It's a total family affair with dad Ottavio and mum Teresa, to whom Nadia dedicates this lively, drinkable red, a single-variety Ruché, spicy, soft and floral. Anarchic and very tasty....
