It is the highest wine of Castellare, several times in the Top 100 of Wine Spectator, repeatedly Tre Bicchieri and Cinque Grappoli, the pride of the company for being able to demonstrate the greatness of Sangioveto accompanied by black Malvasia, up to the fifth absolute place in the world. Deep red with garnet reflections, deeply sophisticated, it shows its complete pedigree both in the bouquet and in the mouth. The quality of the fruit is exceptional and each aroma can be clearly distinguished, from cherry to spices, with exceptional focus and integration. It goes well with salami and meats rich in flavor, tasty and aromatic cheeses, in particular, Tuscan Pecorino and Parmesan.
